These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by EnjoyMov (“Service” or “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

- Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Services to engage in any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized activity, including but not limited to: (a) Sending unsolicited messages (spam); (b) Violating the privacy rights of others; (c) Interfering with the operation of the Services; (d) Uploading or transmitting viruses or other malicious code.
- Intellectual Property: The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof are owned by EnjoyMov and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services without the prior written consent of EnjoyMov.
- Privacy: Your use of the Services is subject to EnjoyMov’s Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ENJOYMOV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
- Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL ENJOYMOV BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ENJOYMOV HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EnjoyMov and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or any violation of these Terms.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Changes to Terms: EnjoyMov reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the EnjoyMov website. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
